After a decade of improving employee lives through financial wellness, Edukate is entering a new phase which will lead to a greater impact in the industry. However, this requires significant changes. Edukate is terminating all agreements for accounts as per the Master Service Agreement (MSA) and/or Subscription Terms and Conditions and/or Terms of Service effective immediately.


As a result, Edukate will not renew any contracts or take on new business. This decision was not easy, and Edukate understands its impact on clients. The customer support team will be available until Friday, September 29th, 2023, to assist during this transition.

FAQs

When will clients lose access to their Edukate account?

Access to all Edukate accounts will cease immediately.

What will happen to client information?

User credentials provided to Edukate, Inc. will be permanently deleted.

Can clients maintain access to any Edukate services?

Edukate can no longer manage accounts or provide services after this termination.

Are organizations due a refund based on their current agreement?

Edukate will process prorated refunds for active current customers. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days. For refund inquiries, contact hello@edukate.com.
