When an employer is ready to launch Edukate, an email is sent to employees inviting them to join. Typically, the HR team sends this email directly through the platform.
Each email contains an activation link.
After employees activate their account, they will take an interactive assessment. The assessment identifies both current financial stressors and areas of focus. We seek to make an emotional connection to an employee's finances.
After the assessment is complete, employees can choose a learning path to focus on.
