If you're experiencing errors with Edukate loading, try clearing your website cache and site data. Clearing this information sends a fresh request to our servers to reload the application in your browser.
Clearing Website Data
We recommend using Google Chrome when using Edukate.
- Go to https://app.edukate.com
- Right click and choose "Inspect" to open Developer Tools.
- Next, click the "Application" tab.
- Finally, select "Clear Site Data."
- Refresh your page.
When you refresh the page, your browser should now display Edukate properly.
