If you're experiencing errors with Edukate loading, try clearing your website cache and site data. Clearing this information sends a fresh request to our servers to reload the application in your browser.
Clearing Website Data
We recommend using Google Chrome when using Edukate.
Go to https://app.edukate.com
Right click and choose "Inspect" to open Developer Tools.
Next, click the "Application" tab.
Finally, select "Clear Site Data."
Refresh your page.
When you refresh the page, your browser should now display Edukate properly.
