Edukate provides a resource library to employers to help them maximize their benefit. It includes information to help before, during, and after the launch of a new plan.

Some plans offer dedicated support representatives. They can guide employers through on-boarding employees and are always available by phone or email. You can find their contact information in your welcome email.

If enabled, employers can message Edukate directly within the application using the chat icon in the bottom right of the application.
